Here is an example of the reply I received from their customer service department. I believe it is self explanatory. This is copied and pasted directly from an email received from the company.

Please shop elsewhere. We don't want or need your business. Now get lost, cause, as I mentioned earlier, we neither want, nor do we need your business. It's the reason you are crying like the little $#*! that you are, cause your feelings were hurt when we turned you away at the proverbial door. Keep hoping cause it isn't going to happen $#*! wad.
