When I first posted about my experience with the iMyFone customer service, I was a bit disappointed with their refund policy. After explaining my situation and product expectations, they understood why their product did not meet my needs. I was issued a full refund, and their development team is now working to incorporate the missing features in future product releases. This is a GOOD company that stands behind their product, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
