I purchased a ceiling fan with light fixture ($400+); the shipper showed no activity for several days; I emailed Lightsonline, and they shipped the fan. It got here a few days later, and I hired an electrician to install the fan. It didn't work, so he took it down and reinstalled the old one - do you know what an electrician charges?
When I inquired about returning the fan (I didn't want another one like it), my only options were to return the item for store credit or return the item for one like the one that didn't work. I wanted them to credit my credit card but that wasn't an option.
