Contracted for "by the hour" two hour pruning. Workers completed almost nothing and were doing nothing when I went outside after about 45 minutes. The lead worker was actually just hanging out in the bucket nowhere near a tree, the other two down on the sidewalk. I spoke with a worker who said the crane they had couldn't reach the branches.

They were supposed to clear the snow from the driveway of the house next door and work from there.
They were aware and in agreement with that the day before the job was scheduled. They brought a plow with them but they never used it or cleared the drive. They took off one branch that they could reach from MY driveway and a couple of low branches from another tree that was not the tree I contracted for. Then they began hiding.

They were informed by myself and my son that we didn't care about the tree in my yard, they were contracted to prune the tree next door which is dead and dangerously hanging over my house. One of the workers told me they couldn't reach it. They couldn't reach it because they were in MY drive and not where they were supposed to be, the drive next door. When they finally cleared the drive that they brought the plow to clear, they were quite able to trim the agreed upon tree. They thought they could take down one branch and then hang out for a couple of hours and get paid. It didn't work that way.

Since they were all so young, I figured a supervisor from Parks would whip them into shape, but Parks response was inexplicably hostile, defensive and dishonest. They knew the crew wasn't doing what they were contracted to do. They knew the crew wasn't working from the agreed upon location. But instead of seeing that the job was done and done correctly, they decided to attack me. It should have been a very simple, straight forward two hour job and it was turned into a huge hassle. No one needs that. Avoid them.

Read all of the reviews about delivery of JC Penney Furniture items. They never deliver anything. I ordered a mattress and a chair many months apart. I could never get delivery on either. Just absolute insanity from customer service, to the point that it felt like I had to be on Punked. I think the whole point is to take people's money and then keep it, at interest, for as long as they can without issuing a refund. They are propping up their failing business with this fraudulent sales scam. Even when you finally cancel in exasperation, you still aren't going to get a refund for as long as they can possibly string you along. And don't believe that they are "subcontracting" delivery. There is no actual delivery service. It's just JCPenney's personnel who know the game and are doing what they were hired to do: keep your money for as long as they can without refunding it. They put you on hold over and over for 10 - 15 minutes per time and then hang up on you. They transfer you around, but no one can ever get in touch with anyone. They can't ever answer a question. They say they'll call back but never do. You leave messages but they never return your call. And every call you make, no matter what the number you call or what location they might claim, is exactly the same place.
They use different names, but you are dealing with the same people. They know what they are supposed to do and they all do it. They stall. They have your money and they are going to hang on to it for as long as they can. Believe me when I say this: you are NEVER going to get delivery. And, you aren't going to get a refund for a long, long time.

I paid for a reverse phone look up. They took my money. They provided zero information just a link to try to trick me out of more money. I called. They told me my credit card didn't go through. When I replied that I had a receipt in my email, they put me on hold and never came back. Complete and total scam. DO NOT USE.
