Everything from Book Outlet's end was perfection. Great selection, wonderful prices, and I even was able to get two books signed by the authors!
The only things I wasn't happy about were strictly due to Canada Post - the box my books were shipped in was pretty beaten up upon arrival, it was left in the rain (!) instead of on my covered front porch, and my delivery was "Out for Delivery" for multiple days. None of this was Book Outlet's fault :) Luckily my books were all mostly ok! One got damaged but went out to a local small bookshop and picked up a replacement.
I was looking for new or used books at an affordable price; with 5 readers in the family, book shopping can get pretty pricey very quickly. I loved being able to get books for everybody at a price point that ensures I'll be able to get more again soon!
