“Scam? Water detrimental to health”

The water from the pitcher I received has proved detrimental to my health. Still having problems 5 weeks after stopping use. Could this have been a scam? It came as a pitcher with a filter. Your response to *******@yahoo.com would be helpful. Don't have POP because it was ordered on line an no receipt was included.

Products used:
a pitcher with crystal quest water filter on it. no name of seller, All I have is return address of the shipper.
