After 15 months, we still cannot get a refund for our 6-Day Tour of Southern Ireland. Website states full refund if cancelled 30 days before and we cancelled it 4 MONTHS before. We have been given the runaround that they are not in the office and cannot issue a refund or they are behind on their refunds. Do not use this tour company.
