“Damaged item won't accept return”

I have bought many items and have been very happy until the most recent purchase. Black and white dress, black fabric bled into the white collar, and wouldn't come out even at a dry cleaner. Requested a return, and was told no. Very disappointing.
Buyer beware

Tip for consumers:
Very disappointing, I feel they made a poor business decision to not accept a return on a damaged item.
They’ve lost a client for sure, and all the people that I’ve been referring to them.
