I was looking at your site and thought that I might like to order several items. Then I took a look at your reviews. Why would I order from you to receive inferior product then have to pay 50-80%. Or have to pay shipping to China to return items. If I was going to give money away I would give it to charity. What can you possibly do to change our minds to do business with you? Without giving me the standard answer.

I am looking for business deciles that make sense.
