I totally love Dr Kainth. I HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR 7+YEARS. TODAY I CALLED FOR A VIDEO APPT AND THERE IS A NEW PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND EVERYTIME I CALL ITS ALWAYS THE SAME. VERY NASTY PUT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION AGAIN SHE DOESN'T KNOW AND YOUR ON HOLD AGAIN. IVY MAY BE NEW BUT ACTING THE WAY SHE DOES ISNT HELPING HER. IM SORRY BUT THROUGH THE YEARS SHE HAPPENS TO BE THE PERSON THAT SORRY TO SAY THE NASTIEST AND RUDEST PERSON I HAVE RAN INTO. IM SORRY IVY BUT ITS THE TRUTH.
