I needed a needed a new printer. Geek Squad recommended one while sitting in front of my computer and the old printer. I could not use it because I did not have BlueTooth. My brother returned it and got me a different one (both Canon). This one was recommended by the store personnel. It was the crappiest piece of plastic I ever hope to see. It jammed constantly so he tried to return it. Best Buy refused to do anything. My dear brother has wasted hours of his valuable time. He was told to contact Canon for return mailing instructions. I am handicapped so I cannot deal with this by myself. I am now the happy owner of a HP -- from Staples. Next up -- a Canon complaint.
I have had numerous run-ins with these people. They NEVER respond. I got a huge supply in the wrong size. They never apologized, never gave me any $$ back. I asked to cancel -- never a reply to that either.
Tip for consumers: They are not to be trusted despite all their claims to fame.
Products used: $$179 worth of underwear that was too small!!!
