Terrible customer service. Another one of those rip off companies that before you even have a chance to see if the "free" product works they are charging you ridiculous amounts for product you didn't order plus the "free" order. That was over $300 plus sent me new eye serum for another $165. Who pays that?

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything from this company. I am so mad I am reporting this company to Consumer affairs
