Great marketing with a lot of behind the hype conditions. Product with no help beyond "click this" instructions. There is no information on what the product scan "results" really mean (nothing perhaps?) and additionally no information on what "fixes" have occurred. When error reoccurs, their support advice requires users to invoke tools provided by Microsoft. My fault for not cancelling at the trial expiration, and continuing to try to get useful "fixes" for more than 2 months before objecting to the cost of a product with no real functionality.
