I was sent a dress size 6, I ordered size 10. Dress arrived with size 10 label on it. The Company agreed it was wrong size and dress was a 6. They offered me 20% refund once they receive the dress back which will take a long time so might be three months before I get a 20% refund. I told them I wanted 100% refund. They said this was not possible. KEEP AWAY...
It has now been six weeks since I tried to return a dress I ordered which arrived two sizes too small. After three weeks of dispute negation finally agreed it was wrong size and would refund. They asked me to post the dress back which cost me £16 which they agreed to pay. I provided tracker details and its now been two days and silence. Sooooo frustrating, I wish I never came across this site. Keep away the reviews cannot be real.
