This is not fun. I live in U.S. and have an address and prompted me on getting a U.S. address from the beginning. Not user friendly and customer service is pitiful. Beware, this isn't a company you should even joke about using. Research and don't play with this absurd joke of a business and model.
Products used:
I couldn’t use the product. I’m trying to shop in Germany and have items shipped to my house in America. It doesn’t prompt this or guide you to this end goal. Very troubling and obviously is used to steal data. Customer care disconnected chat with no help.
Red banner at the top of website stated BOGO NO CODE WE WILL DOUBLE YOUR ORDER GUARANTEED. After placing order I checked the weight of shipping and appeared they didn't double anything. Not even a small sample. Spent over $150. I messaged them and claims it was a weekend promo and an obvious LIE. This place is corrupt. Don't bother.
Edit 1/24/24 - today I found some kind of a foreign object In the kilo of green Maeng da. This place is no good for business. They obviously aren't sanitary or carful handling products. Do not bother.
