I cancelled my reservation about 10 minutes after making it. They said they sent a cancellation email to my email, but they didn't. I called twice more that same night requesting a cancellation email and was told it takes two hours. I got up the next morning to check and still no email. I called my credit card company to stop the payment and they said they couldn't do anything until they tried to post it and then I would have to file a dispute. Very frustrating.
