Purchased a year of Xbox Game Pass core, but received 4 MONTH codes for Ultimate Game Pass. When I got all the information asked for by customer service, I was then told to talk to Xbox customer service. Just passing the buck over and over, never wanting to own up to the mistake and not rectifying it. Don't tell a customer to go elsewhere for help, when it's your mess up. Still not resolved after almost a week. Didn't ask for anything extra, just the remaining 9 months of core that I wanted, and paid for.
