On September 2022 the door handle on my Tarago broken off, completely from the sliding door. I went to Toyota Nowra for repair estimate. It was extremely expensive. The reason for that (I was told) the door are locked and they would have to break-in to my car actually. So I purchase from Toyota Nowra just door handle. The assistant checked my car and take some numbers form the frame label. When part arrived, I went to see my local mechanic if he can replace the door handle. He promised do the job but I have to find someone else who open locked door. That turned out to be a problem. It was not urgent and took me a long time to find someone to do the job. But I was told (by o2autosprts NOWRA) than the part (door handle) Toyota sold to me, is incorrect. I called TOYOTA NOWRA PARTS office and ask if the returns is possible, because the part is incorrect but it was purchased at 2022. The person on the phone was very helpful but could not find on his computer purchasing transaction. So I promised to come with purchasing receipt in the next few days. When I got there, my telephone conversation was unfortunately not remember by the staff. Than some small self important man, with no skills to deal with customers, interjected into the conversation and immediately began to argue. He dismissed everything and refuse take the wrong part back and issue refund. I was very upset, it was not the case I change my mind and demanded refund because I no longer liked the goods. I got from TOYOTA wrong part! No way I could see that when I payed for it. I am not the expert. I thing this is so unprofessional especially for big name as TOYOTA.
MY advise: please beware of, of little self important man who was given a little power!

I have problem with my Fishpond account there is wrong or missing information or dollar value. I am contacting Fishpond REPEATEDLY without getting any explanation. I am receiving messages who are completely unrelated to problem or my questions.
It is absolutely horrible support.

Tip for consumers:
It is good web side as far as nothing goes wrong, If problem arrives, well your nightmare starts communication is absolutely horrible, they refuse to talk to you on phone and any explanation or help is ignored. If you receive email respond it is ignorant unrelated general message completely not helpful or not related to your questions.

It was 28 November plenty of time to Christmas and: AM LOCAL.
After I pay I receive e-mail:

We have processed your order and where required confirmed the availability of the items with our suppliers.

The page ad was BUY NOW?
In my book this is misleading they are selling books they do not have?
OK you can do that, but in this case be hones and print we ORDER THIS BOOK.
But asking for full payment for something you do not have it is not honest business.

No update received by email, so I call this LOCAL STORE. Luckily in my order I included message to seller: do not accept my order if you can not deliver to Christmas. They ignore my message even they know they do not have the book and they could not deliver it. So I get my refund. But if I did not call I would not received my Christmas gift.
You see this type shady selling practices from eBay's sellers, so watch out, our LOCAL STORES jump on this wagon now too.

BUY NOW - in this case means the seller actually have it.

We were treated very poorly.
We called Kmart Nowra NSW store, if the item "Bamboo Shoe Cabinet" is in store (webpage print it was) we were told on the telephone by some lady, who's interest was just quickly brush me off, NO we do not have this cabinet. So we purchased cabinet on line (We need it as a present). Later, we had some business in Nowra town and my wife stopped by at Kmart store - The one who I telephoned morning) an she find a plenty of "Bamboo Shoe Cabinet" in shop. I was really upset I asked to talk to manager, He could not explain why the Kmart person lied to us on the phone but, he offer solution, to purchase the Bamboo Shoe Cabinet in store, with assurance of no problem to later cancel previous order on line. So we did purchased cabinet in store. When I tried cancel order on line (first I listen repeatedly message on the line, haw friendly Kart support staff is), but the person who I talked on the phone somehow did not fit to this description. She refuse to cancel my order and hung up the telephone, when I ask to speak to manager! So I call back to Nowra store speak to the manager. He gave me telephone number to call. Again person I spoke to was far from friendly description. She offer me some REALLY BIZARRE arrangement. To wait when order is delivered and than send it back and than apply for refund. This was too much to take, and she obviously noticed I run of the patience. So at the end she promised refund, to be processes by her supervisor (Refund ref. Number: **************. Later around 7 PM, I received K mart email, my order is on the way in 3-4 days. WOW? What to say?

Tip for consumers:
Go to store and be sure what you are purchasing. You do not want to, deal with Kmart staff, if any problem latter. The staff support on line and telephone is just horrible. no matter if the message you listening on the phone is repeatedly assuring you, the Kmart's staff is friendly .

Purchased a men's shoe, newchic AD picture show product in cool design and good look.
What I receive it is absolutely not compatible with picture. Colour does not resemble nice leather like colour from ad picture. Shoes had a pink shade from 100 m. You must see PLASTIC, Workmanship just disaster, stitched part does not fit together, cutting is more lake chewing, one part of shoe was from bad quality squashed material. When I asked for refund received reply?... a partial refund AUD 27.87 for you and you can keep this product." I eventually get full refund through "buyer protection". Only quality I found from newchic.com is the AD edited picture, this is 100% good job.
