I ordered some food from Taco Bell. When it asked for my address and phone number the info was automatically entered and it looked correct, but it wasn't. Totally my fault because I didn't check it. I got an email saying they tried to deliver it but couldn't because the info was wrong. I called the 800 number and had trouble understanding the agent with the strong Spanish accent. She said that since they tried to deliver the food, that they couldn't make a second attempt or refund my money but would give me 50% off my next order. That was unacceptable. I will never use grubhub again and I will tell everyone I know not use them.
