Kenya Hylton was assigned as our paralegal late in our case and she kept us informed every step of the way. We had 2 prior paralegals who left the firm without letting us know and our case files sat there. After we called and found out who was assigned I spoke to Kenya and was reassured she would fulfill her obligations.
She met us in person during one appointment and treated us as if we were family. She put my mother at ease and she is an asset to that firm. Without her I feel we would of been just another client. She really does her job well.
