Toto Bay is a horrible company to deal with. I bought a smart watch from them on Amazon and after it start glitching out(every other time I charged it it would blackout and shut for at least two weeks). I also could not update it or use about 3/4 of the functions when it did decide to turn back on. I was in contact with the company and they said they would send me a new one, great news right? Nope, zero contact from them after that. Four months later and several emails sent to them asking what the status was with my return and NOTHING. They will not get back to me at all. Worst after sales service ever! DO NOT support them or give them your money, it will be a waste. I have nothing but bad things to say about them. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
