I ordered a brand new, but rare, book in the UK from this company and a second hand version was received, complete with four strips of someone else's passport photos and a credit card receipt to an aquarium in Atlanta.

The hardback book was also sent in a thin poly envelope, resulting in all corners being damaged on receipt.

They are now advising that they do not have another copy of the book in stock and, firstly, offered me a 10 per cent discount, followed by a 60 per cent discount. Simply not good enough.

I will report them for misselling unless they can provide me with what I purchased under a sale of contract.
