The memory of the impolite boss who made my life miserable during my initial days still lingers in my mind. The boss's demeanor was not just impolite, but downright disrespectful. They consistently belittled and undermined their employees, creating an atmosphere of tension and unease. Their flawed leadership style created a mess within the firm, leaving no room for growth or personal development.
