I will never again order a product on the internet that has the customer pay for the return.
I ordered the hat over 45 days ago. They lost the first one, then sent another one.
XXL wrong size after I measured properly. Later told, today, they run large so order a size smaller.
Which I did, and they said it will be hereby 03/17 That, s 8 days from now.
Never again.

PS They did offer me a $5.00 adjustment, that took the manager 20 minutes to decide.
If I ever do get the hat, I'll send them the $5.00 back. They must need the money.

Hi Joe, Unfortunately due to the fact that we offer free shipping on all of our orders it's impossible for us to be able to offer free return shipping as well. We simply aren't a big enough company to offer both options. I did look into your order and it looks like they refunded the $5 and updated your shipping to priority mail for free for the inconvenience and it looks like when we were out of the XL you wanted they sent you a more expensive hat that you approved of with no additional charge due to the inventory discrepancy. I do apologize that the purchase wasn't a smooth one but we did try our best to make up for our errors and better your experience. I am sorry that wasn't enough.
