I'm not a regular customer of this shop but my 11 year old daughter wanted to shop there.
The craigieburn store had very rude customer service.
They leave signs on the wall for over 24 hours and claimed this finished the night before and have been too busy to take down the signs, I was annoyed but let it go. I continued my shopping and three hours later as I was leaving the shopping centre I went past valley girl and the sign was still up there. The shop wasn't busy barely any customers so they can't use that excuse.
When I contacted the staff online the email response proved to me they don't read the email. I was after an explanation as to why the sign was still there and an apology for the stuff members rude attitude.

The first email response from valley girl asked information I had already provided.
And the second email told me they don't have to sell the price at the discounted price. (something I didn't ask for).

Three emails were sent to valley girl and none were responded to correctly, I feel they didn't read the email. I think they use a template and copy and paste to all emails they receive.

They don't help when an incident happens, our property was damaged severally. Don't be fooled by their website saying a business is verified or insured it means nothing! This is just a way they advertise and look professional but when push comes to shove means NOTHING. They listen to you and they contact the other party when you complain but that's it. They advise you they can't do anything more than that and basically end it politely with a bad luck.
