Not the place to go if you had an accident. Clarkstown Collision refused to acknowledge electrical problems and computer issues, even after I showed itto them three times. I found out later this "one stop shop" won't work on electrical or computer issues because the insurance companies don't like to payfor these types of issues. In this day of computerized cars, how do you notlook at or touch electric and computer issues after an accident? The fact is, they work for the insurance company not for you. When they were finally done "fixing"my vehicle, I was told I would have to pay to tow it to a different shop and pay for the electric and computer diagnoses. I had to call my insurance company and argue this issue but I did not have to pay. And now I thank goodness I pressed the issue. If I didn't have actual technicians look at it I would have been stuck with a nightmare. When the second shop and the insurance company saw the work done by Clarkstown Collision, they not only found the computer and electrical system was harmed by the accident. They also found a lot of needed work was missed or had to be re-done. 1.) It didn't run or drive right due to transmission issues. 2.) Despite the state-of-the-art measuring machine, the uni-body (fame) was still bent, 3.)and worst of all, body parts were not right or not attached properly. After months of aggravation and after Clarkstown Collision was paid, my vehicle ended up being totaled by the insurance company.
