I ordered 9 items from Royal at a delivery cost of $10.00 only to find that 8 items were wrong although confirmed by the order desk that they were the right order number. I then had to pay to return the items that they messed up on. I'm done with them. I paid $17.89 in delivery costs although shipping is listed as free on orders over $45.00. Are returns for Royals mistake also at the cost of the buyer? They were in my case.
