Got ripped off by seller and eBay only giving partial refund for faulty goods. EBay did nothing to fix the situation and simply agreed with seller. This even after a customer service person agreed to full refund. Taking case to Fair Trade NSW.

In one shopping session I ordered four different products – I received one. Had to open resolution disputes to get refunds and it is a nightmare. There are endless suggestions to wait for items, blah blah. I have waited three months and nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 7 weeks ago - 6 items and have not received anything. Just got notice that I will not receive anything till August 27 at the earliest. THAT'S 12 WEEKS! Ordered 2 items from eBay on same day - have received both already from Hong Kong. DO NOT BOTHER WITH WISH. WISH I HADN'T.
