I had ordered the product but google auto fill had retained an old address so my order was sent there. I contacted the company and explained my situation and that this condition was putting me in the poor house. The rep that responded to my email was awesome and said that the company truly wanted to help me and was so confident that it would help me with my condition that they sent me the product to me at no extra charge. I'm only on day 2 but very hopeful. But if the product is even half as good as the customer service then I should be in the clear in no time.
