If you order from here, understand that even if you are exchanging the product, they will classify it as a return. If you see "no returns" anywhere in the product details (look on all six tabs), the multiple very prominent "FREE, NO HASSLE EXCHANGES" means nothing. This lesson cost me 100 bucks, don't let it cost you anything. I ordered floor mats, came in a color not close to the dinky sample color, and Auto Anything will not exchange them for a darker color. Never used, not installed.
Tip for consumers:
Do not count on free returns (restocking fee on all items). Do not believe the FREE NO HASSLE promoted all over the site. ALL exchanges seem to be classified as returns. Any item that says “no returns” will not be exchanged, even with a hassle.

Hi John- you and I have been in contact directly but I wanted to respond to your review here as well. I am sorry again for your frustration with the floor mats. Unfortunately colors do not always look the same in person as they do on screen, but these mats are clearly labeled as "non-returnable" on the product page which means they cannot be returned, even if a replacement order is placed. I am sorry if you feel this is unclear, but we are always happy to offer clarification for our customers prior to an order being placed if you are not sure you're going to be happy with the color. I am sorry there isn't more I can do for you at this time.
