I purchased a large canvas wall print from Kirkland's and was charged an additional $20.00 shipping fee "due to extra care required to deliver this item." The print arrived damaged with scratches and scrapes, due in part to terrible packaging. The ink rubbed off on the corners and edges of the frame and both sawtooth hangers fell-off when attempting to hang and adjust the print. I wrote a one star review describing my dissatisfaction with both, the product and the additional shipping charge. However Kirkland's brazenly refused to post the review. Any disreputable, anti-consumer company that chooses to sell cheap products, up-charges for terrible shipping/packaging and then censors accurate negative reviews is unworthy of customer patronage.
