I have received my Pilot Metropolitan fine nib at the end of August and was surprised to receive the whole nib section with the pump converter instead of only the nib. What generosity! I am extremely happy with the whole transaction and the final resolution of the issue. I have recently purchased from Blesket Canada again.

“Did not ship the correct order and no response after initial contact”

Order # 3307. I ordered a Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen (plum purple) with a fine nib but received the pen with medium nib. Spoke to a lady at the shop the next day and was told she will ship another pen with a fine nib the same day I called. Never received the correct product and never heard from them again. Extremely poor service and will not order from them again. I gave 2 stars because it was delivered within 3 days and the other 2 items from the order were correct.
Very unsatifying customer.
