“Absolutely the worst company to work with.”

Absolutely the worst company to work with. Over 3 months and no furniture. Promises week after week and all lies. Will not refund our money, basically forcing us to live without our paid for furniture. Stay away, the ads they run are not accurate, the customer support - basically it's Kim, as there is no-one else there is horrendous. If there was any way to get out of this without going to court, I would have!

“I was purchasing a $2700 item and the transaction didn't feel right. They told me 4-5 weeks for delivery, but given the negative reviews on late delivery I'd be lucky to have it by Spring. Glad I googled reviews!”
