“Fake profiles encourage you to pay for unlimited messaging”

As soon as I log in, I get an inbox reply for a job offer, but when I go to reply, the site requires me to purchase an unlimited messaging plan. Also, their name doesn't have a link in their name, as normal profiles do. This was VERY odd... and probably a tactic for the website to bait you into paying if you're desperate for the job. Image attached.
