“Still not getting it right”

So eventually achieved very sporadic email communication. Arranged relatively swift collection of the wrong handset and promised to overnight the right one to me by today. DPD inform me that it'll be delivered on Monday now. 23rd of December I ordered it and paid expedited shipping.

Refund requests for the expedited shipping costs have been totally ignored. Spend a little more elsewhere.

Will you PLEASE pick up the phone.

I must have tried to call you 50 times since placing my order on 23 December.

A phone finally arrived today. The WRONG phone.

You don't reply to emails. You never pick up the phone.

Not worth the savings at this point. I can only recommend you avoid this company.
I'll happily edit this review if you just contact me.
