Ordered a large Bar Sideboard on October 31,2019. Received no notifications of shipping and had to inquire of customer service. Notified 15 minutes later it shipped. I was emailed that it would arrive by November 13,2019. Received a voicemail message from a shipper. Returned the call multiple times with no response. Called their logistics company CEVA, but no answer. Contacted customer service on Nov. 14th to find out status of shipment. Customer Service informed me that they do not have a dedicated department to handle over-sized items-then why do they sell them. I was informed by Customer Service that they would contact me within 1-2 days to let me know the status of the order. My suggestion to anyone ordering furnishings from Overstock is DO NOT DO IT!. Save yourself the time and trouble and deal with a more reputable and responsive company. Overstock.com has over 600 BBB complaints. I should have checked.
