I made an order 7. 1. 2016 teppex.com. Worth 105 euros. Order was paid bank transfer. Because the order has not come over two weeks time. I send email and ask but, never get any answer back. 18. 2. 2016 i send reclamation, and asked to return the money. Teppex merchant should have return the money, after two weeks time the reclamation. Teppex merchant should be no longer, any right keep the money (105 euros). Now teppex merchant answer, that order have been sent, but without any shipping ID and order is lost. Case transferred now to ECC (European Consumer Center). ECC tried to several times start discuss the matter with teppex.com. But teppex merchant refused to deal even ECC! 4. 3. 2016 teppex merchant send email that, lost order is found and it is now in German. Teppex merchant wants now more money, new shipping cost! The matter have to but end to ECC, without result. Matter is now transferred to the Police. Advice you to avoid teppex. Com because merchant is a thief and you can not trust him! Teppex.com does not comply Europeans trade practices.

They will take your money for sure. But do not expect to receive anything. Customer service respond to emails, until they have received the money. After this "customer service" no longer answer emails.
