I had a very difficult issue that needed resolving with graphics not working properly. After trying the most likely resolutions, I was guided by the PixelFilmStudios rep to go further into the computer to see if the problem was at my end. Sure enough we found a disabled "Font Book". I would have never thought to look there. I am very grateful for the kind and expert guidance I received from the PixelStudio representative.
