Ordered shampoo & conditioner from them on 12/8/2022 I thought it was strange that they offered the exact products at least $20-$30 cheaper than both Amazon and eBay
Checked everyday for a tracking number - No updates - Never shipped

Today 12/16/2022 I received this (cut & pasted below) -

"We wanted to let you know that your cancelation request for order # *******e2586ca*******fb8 for "Loma Nourishing shampoo and conditioner Liters NEW" was received. We canceled the order for the following reason(s):

Damaged item"

Wait a minute! We never cancelled or requested to cancel the item and they never shipped the item and provided a tracking number! STONE COLD LIARS. I can only conclude that they never had the product to begin with and offered it for less money, on their website, to attract new buyers.

I have no kind words to offer here. About as unprofessional as it gets. Let's see if I even see a refund now that they cancelled my order for "damage in shipping" for a product never even shipped. Better yet, maybe the Shampoo got damaged before they even shipped it and it turned into plain soap. How in the world do you damage shampoo? OMG - "Damaged item" LMAO

It is so nice to deal with a real company based in the USA then those people that sell knock-offs on Amazon and eBay. You can see the difference in quality the moment you use it.
Bumper guards, LG long lasting battery, included carrying bag, etc. You often get what you pay for and this scooter is no different. Simply superior to any other unit I have tried. 5 stars!
