Call customer service, they will answer but refuse to do anything for you or make any effort or accommodation. In my case, i ordered something that was in stock, then recieved an email that it was out of stock and backordered. Which was odd considering it was in stock with every other retailer as well as in stock with the manufacturer. I waited 5 weeks and called customer service to see what the deal is. All they could tell me is that it is out of stock and the manufacturer has given no date for when it will be in stock. Again...despite being in stock to date and through this entire month on the manufacturer's site and with literally everyone else! What a joke. When I asked if anyone could look into this...or you know...possibly give the manufacturer a call, I was told, in the most monotone voice imaginable, "sorry we don't do that". Very poor customer service. Ya'll should order from someone else who cares.
This review is for GoodEyeGlasses, not GoodGlasses. GoodEyeglasses was a foreign based company, posing as located in the USA and took advantage of the GoodGlasses trademark to scam customers. This should not have been posted to GoodGlasses
