My credit card company (let's just say I will probably need to find something new to put in my wallet) refuses to refund a purchase I made. They say that the company I purchased it from (half way around the world) claims the drives work fine - but they don't. Even after sending screenshots of the errors they insist that I need a 3rd party confirmation from a local store before they will dispute the vendor and refund the money.

So I went to ComuGuru4U to get that confirmation. This is something that could be done in a few minutes and is a simple letter confirming my claims. They wanted to charge me $75 to do that! That's almost as much as I would be getting back from the refund. So, no thanks! I'll try to find someone else, thanks... And if I ever do need a computer repair done - I definitely will NOT be going to CompuGuru4U!

Make sure to ask for a price estimate up front or you may be quite surprised!
