I do not normally post any feedback but I felt it needed to be done with this site.
The final resume after two attempts to correct the grammar, I requested a refund. They replied back asking me what were the errors on the resume. I replied back with a list of errors and then they stopped answering my emails and phone calls.
I would definitely not use this service. Your communication experience will be like one of those calls you get from a foreigner with bad english and his name is Mike.
