I've ordered many time now because they're cheap. This goes along with inferior quality and no quality control... at all. I ordered 4 metal prints last in November. It's February now and I've received my 3rd reprint because there was ink mess ups or bends on all the prints I receive. The last time they only sent one as a replacement rather than four. That one (photos included) was the worst quality so far, bad image, bent corner... no quality control. Over three months later and I'm still waiting to get my prints. The photos included: the original image, the one I received with image problems, has a bent corner as well. They just don't care.

Tip for consumers:
They will keep reprinting these for you. Have no timeline and a low bar for quality and you're good

after 3rd reprint of my metal prints over three months later and still trying to get an undamaged order where the image look like its supposed to.
