I order a product and was sent a mini sample. (Samples have no box or covering to show it has never been opened). That's because, they are samples, not something to be sold!
I returned the item and Mercari refused to refund my money saying I did not return it going through their usual process!
I am now without a product or my money.
That is called THEFT
Tip for consumers:
don't buy from Mercari. They are not honest.
Products used:
I ended up with NO product because the sample they sold me was returned and they refused to refund my money.
