The staff in the branch I visited today mught as well have been asleep. Staff training and motivation would do well to be looked at.

Communication is not at all responsive, denial of responsibility ask same question multiple times. Tried to cancel the order but they could not find. Suddenly it was shipped despite my asking for return of money and now want to charge for return.

4 calls, no call back although promised. Problem not resolved I any way presume call centre in India with no ability to make a decision and no interest. Worst customer service I have eerexperienced
