My mailoder pharmacy united with Walgreens a year ago and i have had one problem or another almost every month since.
They lose track of refills. They duplicate orders. They put orders on hold with no explanation or way tofix it. They ran out of something Ive gotten for years with no trouble and cant tell me more.
Their customer service gives wrong info. They confuse store orders with online. They tell me they cant help me or that I have to call by phone if Im online.
I struggle to think of what they could do worse except sending wrong thing which fortunately so far they havent.
