Signed up for a membership promotion via groupon and received a voucher code for costco.ca. The voucher did not work. Spent 30 minutes talking with a customer service agent who could not get the voucher to work (and who generated multiple new vouchers that also didn't work). Finally they said they'd send me a digital cash card instead, and that I'd receive it within 3 days. Called back a week later when I had not received the cash card to learn that the agent's request for a cash card had been denied by some other team. The new agent made another request and I'm now waiting a few more days to see if that one gets approved. Overall it's been a big waste of time and energy over $40 that I may or may not receive.
