So I had an issue with my 2007 F150. I called and talked with 2 dealers Price Ford in Port Angeles and West Hills ford in Bremerton. Both quoted me $6500 for a rebuilt engine. I decided to try West hills... that was a big mistake. After waiting a week for them to even look at it... the service advisor who showed his ignorance by telling me the engine most probably had a issue with a lifter. When I informed him these engines don't have lifters he changed that to a valve. They recommended replacing the engine at $8500. I told him I was quoted $6500 by not only their dealership but Price Ford as well. He couldn't explain the $2000 increase... nor would he honor it! I picked up my truck and had it fixed elsewhere. What a waste of time and money... if this the kind of service you want... well good luck! I rate them minus stars! I could only go as low as 1 but... Well I think you get the idea.

I'm a contractor that resigned with them. The only reason I resigned was I was told I can be the only contractor that would get specific leads. Canceled because wa stold after signing that's not true. Told me I didn't get a refund. Even though the salesman lied? Liars and scammers. Now they threaten with collection. I won't be blackmailed!
