For the amount of rent they charge here at EverGreen Apartments we have delt with theft within our secured buildings of mail and packages that are delivered on a daily basis. Management does nothing when you call them to address the problem. We also have College kids everywhere here who want to play basket ball from their apartments ALL DAY long bouncing balls from walls and apartment floors which there is minimal peace and quiet at any given time. Very DISAPPOINTED with the way management does nothing for the MONEY you pay for rent to assure you have the peace and quiet a renter should have when coming home. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE APPLYING HERE ALSO TALK TO Neighbors before signing a lease.
