I purchased the Indiana satchel on December 2022 and the stitch of the straps connected to the back has broken off. Another broke from the flap. It's just been over a year and 4 months! I emailed them twice with no response. I finally got a hold of someone by chat. Over-engineered? LOL. I'm not even rough on this bag. Just toting small items from home to the office.

Tip for consumers:
I was offered free shipping as a courtesy for a new order. What a joke. Buy more overpriced items that fall apart so quickly? LOL.
